Then hiring a “Remote Computer Support Agent” to handle day to day customer support and maintenance would be great addition to your support infrastructure.
Should you or your ground staff be saddled with day to day customer support for general computer problems that are user related or simple fixes remotely, monitoring of computers and network infrastructure, maintenance and patch management? Our agents will take care of thing on the back-end thus allowing you to concentrate on those important Server deployments and migrations or business meet and greets.
This position will support all of your Tier1 and Teir2 Computer Support needs via remote phone, email or chat support. All Techs will be A+, Network+ Certified with Minimum 2 years experience dealing with Windows Desktop related issues within a Client/Server Environment.
Note: If you have specific requirement needs for Tech support position we will gladly facilitate the sourcing of full time individual to meet those needs.
